Every fab needs quartz, tool services, clean parts and reclaimed wafers from the day it starts. None of these can be flown in economically, and very little of it exists in India today. We build joint ventures to fill those gaps.

Reclaimed test and monitor wafers, made next to India's fabs
Fabs run thousands of test wafers through their tools every month to check that each step is in control. Reclaim strips and re-polishes them so they can be used again. We are structuring a 300 mm reclaim line in India with a global technology partner.
Quartzware, hook-up and precision parts cleaning
Diffusion and etch tools consume quartz parts that must be made, cleaned and replaced to tight specifications. We are building a venture that brings quartz manufacturing, tool hook-up and parts cleaning to Indian fabs.
Refurbished process tools for mature-node lines
Many of India's first lines run mature nodes, where qualified refurbished tools cut cost and lead time. We source, refurbish and place CMP and other process tools into the India build-out.
Semiconductor-grade chemicals, made locally
We work with Indian chemical makers and global technology holders on producing high-purity process chemicals in India, closer to the fabs that use them.
Partners bring the process. We bring the market.
In each venture our partners contribute the technology and run the plant. Mantra contributes what is hard to get from outside India:
- The relationships with the fabs and OSATs that will buy the output
- The structure of the venture and the partner search on both sides
- India Semiconductor Mission and state applications, incentives and approvals
- People on the ground through site selection, build and first customer qualification
